It's time to renew or sign-up for your Balsam Lake Homeowners' Association Membership! 

NOW PAY ONLINE!! Just complete the form and you can pay with a credit card or PayPal account.  This creates a subscription that will be paid annually until canceled.

If you prefer, you can still print the completed form and mail it with your check. 

Please consider donating for the 4th of July fireworks, just add the amount to the check or online payment.
